Sophia Housing Association opens first offices in Inchicore.
Sophia's offices are moved to St. Joseph's Hostel, Cork Street, Dublin 8, on property donated by the Sisters of Mercy.
Sophia starts providing support to the residents of the on-site hostel.
Ballymun Family Support Services began in partnership with Dublin City Council.

Churchtown project opened - Camberly House offered six 2-Bed Apartments - Transitional Housing (12-18 Months).
A further 3 apartments are leased from Cork County Council on Leitrim Street providing short-term accommodation and support.

Greystones, County Wicklow project, with eight houses becomes fully operational. This is a collaboration with Cheshire who have nine houses in the small estate. Sophia offers long-term general support to tenants.
First phase of new Tubbercurry project is completed offering accommodation for 24 persons with intellectual disabilities in collaboration with Wisdom Services, Cregg House.
