Expression of Interest - Submissions for turnkey and joint venture development opportunities for social housing.

Sophia Housing Association invites expressions of interest from developers / builders and land or property owners for social housing units through turnkey acquisitions or joint venture arrangements. New build and / or refurbishment of existing residential or commercial buildings are both welcomed and preferred locations are Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway,Kildare, Laois, Offaly, Westmeath but any locations nationally will be considered.

Sophia’s core mission is to provide homes with support to people who have experienced homelessness but more recently has expanded its brief to providing homes for older persons and more mainstream social housing with a focus on urban regeneration.
